Once in 1972, a well-known fast-food franchise released a sandwich called “The Egg McMuffin,” an inspired combination of eggs, bacon, and cheese in a roasted English dump. Egg McMuffin has not only been a great success, but it has also outperformed the entire fast-food breakfast market.
